Petro Amigos Supply, Inc. (PASI), a Minority Business Enterprise certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, was founded by Cesar Vasquez in 1988 to service and supply the OCTG needs of major and independent oil and gas companies. Product lines include prime tubing through large O.D. casing, both seamless and ERW, along with a complete line of premium OCTG connections from various manufacturers. Petro Amigos supports OCTG requirements of several operators throughout the Gulf of America and has serviced over 25 Deepwater Operators within the past decade alone.
Chickasaw currently manages LOD open consignment programs with Shell (GoA and Internationally) and Beacon (GoM). Through PAC Alliance, both companies will seek to extend their value proposition to all Deepwater E&P companies operating in the GOA and beyond.

At The Pac Alliance, we take a holistic approach to business management, looking at all aspects of your operations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Petro Amigos Supply Incorporated (PASI) and Chickasaw Distributors, Inc (CDI) will use their best efforts to maintain their respective business with present end-users and customers and, where mutually agreed, will cooperate in the development of new business with present and new end-users and customers.
For example, the parties agree to cooperate in the development of Large Outside Diameter (LOD) business with customers which LOD business neither party currently has, while agreeing to maintain current business with present customers. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no pricing information shall be exchanged between PASI and CDI in relation to the development of new business, and no pricing information shall be given by either party to the other party at all except as to purchase orders in the nonnal course of business.
